This premixed and ready to use molasses dry cure can be used to cure any meat to make a slightly sweeter bacon or ham type product.
The natural cane molasses in this cure gives the bacon or ham a beautiful dark colour and imparts a subtle sweetness and caramel/liquorice undertones without being overpowering.
