These high quality hog casings are supplied as 90m per hank and are the correct size for your larger size pork or beef sausage.

They have a diameter of approx 34mm - 36mm, which will enable you to make 100 yards or 105lbs of sausage per hank.

The casings are packed in salt in a vacuum bag.

We recommend they should be soaked in fresh water for a minimum of 2 hours but ideally overnight for optimum performance.

Store in a cool, dry & dark place, away from direct sunlight.
Once opened, reseal and store as above.
