34/36 Hog Casing x 1/6 hank (16 Yards) - Single Spool
By popular demand we're now offering these high quality hog casings supplied as a single 15m strip for those that don't want to buy a whole hank.These are the correct size for your larger size pork or beef sausage.
They have a diameter of approx 34mm - 36mm, which will enable you to make 16 yards or 17.5lbs of sausage per hank.
The casings are packed in salt in a vacuum bag, supplied spooled on a plastic tube eliminating the need to sort and untangle the casing helping reduce handling and loading time.
We recommend they should be soaked in fresh water for a minimum of 2 hours but ideally overnight for optimum performance.
