Shipping Info

IMPORTANT: Post-BREXIT EU and Worldwide customers: Whilst we will continue to ship all over the world, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products they are ordering are able to be imported into their particular country. We cannot be held responsible for any losses due to rejected packages.

Customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

UK shipping is £1.83 for orders below 250g, £2.39 for orders between 250g-500g, £3.65 for orders over 500g and up to 1kg, £3.95 for orders over 1KG and below 2KG, shipped via Royal Mail and £6.95 for orders 2KG and over via DPD or UPS within the UK mainland except for Scottish Highlands, Islands and Offshore destinations where we may use an alternative service. Orders with a value of more than £50 are shipped FREE.

The following EU countries are a flat rate of £12.50 per consignment:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Poland

The rest of the EU countries are based on weight:

£11 up to 1KG
£18 up to 3KG
£20 up to 10KG
£22 up to 25KG

EU deliveries can take up to 10 WORKING days from day of dispatch, please bear this in mind when ordering.

Rest of the world

Destinations and prices depend on your country and costs will be shown at checkout after you have specified your destination Country.

Worldwide deliveries can take up to 14 WORKING days from day of dispatch, please bear this in mind when ordering.

N.B MAXIMUM BOX SIZE IS 25KG, Orders above 25KG will be split into separate shipments and carriage added accordingly. This is due to the couriers' maximum weight restrictions.
