Parma Ham Cure

OK, just a heads up here.

The Italians have objected to our usage of the words "Parma Ham Style Cure" as apparently it contravenes their PDO status, despite the fact that we're not selling the ham itself but a cure that allows you to make a similar product.

We have therefore re-named it as "Prosciutto (Italian Style Air-Dried Ham) Cure" in order to comply with their complaint.

Please rest assured that the curing product has not changed at all and you can still get it HERE
