Lonzino al Fincchio is an Italian style cured and air dried pork loin flavoured with Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper and Spices.
Make your own, wonderfully aromatic Lonzino al Finocchio, ready to eat in only 4-6 weeks with our pre-mixed cure.
This cure and method is ideal for beginners having their first go at making an air dried product at home due to the short time it takes to cure and mature.
500g of cure is sufficient to cure around 3 whole loins of Pork
