These Beef Bungs (also known as Beef or Ox Caps) are supplied as 2x 1 meter* lengths and are suitable for Haggis, Large Salami, Mortadella etc. They are also often used to slow the drying process of whole muscle meats such as Bresaola, Coppa (Capicola) and Rolled Pancetta.
They are 130+ mm diameter and are A-Quality from Argentinian beef.
Supplied vac-packed in salt, they should be soaked in several changes of water before use.
