This premixed and ready to use general purpose smokey dry cure can be used to cure any meat to make a traditional Juniper scented bacon or ham type product.
It also contains a natural smoke powder to impart a wonderful smoked flavour without the need for a smoker.

- 500g makes 12.5kg of bacon or ham
- 1.25kg makes 31.2kg of bacon or ham
- 2.5kg makes 62.5kg of bacon or ham
- 5kg makes 125kg of bacon or ham
Usage rate: 40g of mix per Kilo of meat.
