A blend of Sea Salt, Organic Cane Sugar and Sodium Nitrite.

1kg pack will cure 28.5KG of meat

As well as Pork Hams and Bacon, why not try : Lamb Ham, Turkey Ham, Brisket Bacon, Cured Duck Breasts.

Completely safe with ANY meat if used as directed at the usage rate specified.

GREAT CURING SALTS AT A DECENT PRICE I've used a few salts in the past and was considering buying the Sodium Nitrite to make my own, but this is such good value (around 30p per KG including postage). The cured bacon is a little bland, but that can be resolved easily by adding you own flavourings. I just smoke it after curing and it's lovely. - Nick Armour

LIFE CHANGER.. I live in China where good bacon is impossible to find unless you buy imported packeted bacon at double the cost, however, the quality of pork available is superb. I tried a pack of Surfy’s dry cure and have never looked back. So easy to make I always have a constant supply of ‘better than store bought’ bacon rashers. - Brian Meredith
