Turkey Brining Kit (suitable for ALL poultry) - Damaged box bargain - £4.95

A fantastic product for brining turkeys and other poultry at home to render them moist and tender.

The retail box is slightly damaged, but If you're going to use it yourself then this is a bargain.

How to use: 

Make up the contents of the pack with water as directed in the instructions.
Remove the neck and giblets from the cavity of the bird.
Place the bird (up to 10kg) in the brining bag and fill with the brine until the bird is submerged.
Only use as much brine as required.
Twist the neck of the bag and use the pull tie to seal it.
Place on a tray in the fridge overnight. Remove the bird from the bag, and drain.
Rinse thoroughly. Your poultry is now ready for cooking.
