Just released and by popular demand, full size packs of our Molasses Bacon and Ham Cure Mix.
This is the same molasses cure that, up untill now, has only been available in our bacon curing kits.
This premixed and ready to use molasses dry cure can be used to cure any meat to make a slightly sweeter bacon or ham type product.
The natural cane molasses in this cure gives the bacon or ham a beautiful dark colour and imparts a subtle sweetness and caramel/liquorice undertones without being overpowering.
